The event was held to create connections and foster dialogue to amplify reentry efforts, helping YesCare work with leading area nonprofit and community organizations to enhance continuity of care for patients who are returning to the Louisville community.

Representatives from 20 organizations participated, including ARC Recovery, Beacon House Aftercare, Belltower Recovery, Cleanse Clinic, CleanSlate Centers, Goodwill, The Green House Recovery, Landmark Recovery, Louisville Recovery Center, MORE Center, NuLease Medical Solutions, Oxford House, Pinnacle Treatment / Recovery Works, Regard Recovery, Renewed Beginnings, Seven Counties, Specialist MAT, The Healing Place, University of Louisville Peace Hospital, Volunteers of America Mid-States, Wellspring, and more.

The event was led by Steve Tomlin, YesCare’s Chief Strategic Officer.

“It was amazing to see the number of attendees who want to play an active role in reentry services in Louisville,” said Tomlin. “This is a committed community who care about second chances. We’re excited to make these connections and work in partnership to make a measurable difference.”

YesCare is an innovator in the reentry space, having launched a website and mobile app that connect individuals with provider partners in counseling, dental care, employment, housing support, substance use, and more.

The event helped familiarize YesCare with potential local partners, and informed those partners on how they can become part of the ecosystem that supports people who are reentering the community.
